Recruiters can reopen candidates who were previously rejected.
How it works:
- The Reopen button is available only when a candidate’s status is Rejected.
- Reopening moves the candidate back to the same stage where they were rejected.
- The candidate status is updated to Reopened for clear tracking in the workflow.
Duplicate Application Control:
- The system prevents candidates from applying to multiple jobs simultaneously through the Career Page.
- This ensures a clean, structured, and manageable hiring pipeline for recruiters.
