Screening questionnaires are used to collect basic candidate information during the initial screening stage.
Where to Find Screening Questionnaires
- Go to Settings → Screening Questionnaire to view existing templates
How to Create a New Screening Questionnaire
Click “Add Template”
- Located at the top-right to open the template window.

Enter Template Name
- Give a clear name (e.g., Initial Screening, HR Screening).

Add Standard Questions
- Select from predefined attributes like Current Company, Experience, etc.
- Once added, it will appear on the right side under Questions and will be marked as Added.

Add Custom Questions (Optional)
- Enter your own attribute and question, then click Add Custom Attribute.
- The custom question will be added to the questionnaire.

Review and Create Questionnaire
- Check questions, adjust if needed, then click Create Questionnaire.
