Cloning a Screening Questionnaire lets you reuse an existing template and make quick edits.

1: Select an Existing Template

Choose the questionnaire you want to reuse.

2: Click on Clone

This opens a new template with all existing questions pre-filled.

3: Update Details

Rename the template and modify/add/remove questions as needed.
Add new standard or custom attributes if needed

4: Save the Cloned Questionnaire

Click Create Questionnaire to save the cloned version as a new screening criteria.
