Offer Call Workflow Step 

If the “Offer Call” step is included, recruiters are required to schedule a discussion with the HR Manager before proceeding further. 

Ensures alignment and clarity before extending the offer

Manual Scheduling Features 

  • Select date & time 
  • Add attendees 
  • Choose call type (Virtual / In-Person) 
  • Specify location for in-person meetings (we can configure this from the backend so it’s available for all future scheduling) 
  • Recruiters can update scheduled offer calls anytime 

Gives you full flexibility to manage offer discussions efficiently
