Recruiters can release offer letters to candidates directly from the Candidate Details tab in Hirin.ai.
- Login to your hirin.ai account with recruiter/admin credentials.
- Click on Candidates Module available on the left side panel and search the candidate with job, email, name or email
- Upload the offer letter document
- Send the offer to the candidate from the system

- The offer letter is automatically shared with the candidate via email
