Steps for Document Verification & Download

Document Verification Module (Recruiter View) 

All candidate documents are accessible from: 

Candidate Details → Document Verification Tab 

Actions Available for Recruiters 

Recruiters can perform the following actions from the Document Verification tab: 

  • Preview uploaded documents 
  • Approve valid document submissions 
  • Reject incorrect or incomplete documents 
  • Request re-uploads from candidates if needed 
  • Download verified documents directly from the Document List inside the platform 

Gives recruiters complete control over document validation and document access.

Zena (AI Agent) performs the initial verification of uploaded documents by: 

  • Identifying missing documents 
  • Detecting incomplete uploads 
  • Flagging incorrect document submissions 
  • Assisting recruiters in reducing manual verification effort 

Note: Final approval authority always remains with the recruiter 

Stage Movement After Verification 

  • Once all required documents are approved, the candidate is automatically moved to the next stage in the hiring workflow. 

No manual stage updates are required 

Verified Documents in Offer Call Email 

  • Verified candidate documents are now automatically attached directly in the Offer Call email.
