Overview

  • Hirin.ai introduces an enhanced CV Screening Stage with an optional Zena Intelligence feature to automate candidate shortlisting.
  • This functionality allows recruiters to automatically screen a defined number of CVs and move top-performing candidates to the next stage without manual intervention.

CV Screening Stage in Workflow

  • The CV Screening stage is available in the workflow configuration panel during job setup.
  • By default, all candidates proceed to the next stage if no additional configuration is applied.

Zena Intelligence (Optional)

  • The CV Screening stage includes an optional Zena Intelligence configuration.
  • This section is clearly labelled as “Zena Intelligence” with an Optional tag.
  • When enabled, Zena automatically evaluates candidate CVs based on predefined criteria.

How Zena Intelligence Works

  • Recruiters can define the number of CVs to be screened.
  • Zena processes the selected pool of candidates.
  • Based on the configured percentage, only the top candidates are shortlisted.
  • Shortlisted candidates are automatically moved to the AI Recruiter Screening stage.

Example

  • Total CVs selected for screening: 100
  • Selection criteria: Top 60%
  • Top 60 candidates are automatically moved to the next stage in the workflow

Value for You

  • Reduces manual CV screening effort
  • Speeds up candidate shortlisting
  • Ensures only high-quality candidates move forward
  • Improves efficiency in early-stage hiring

Important Notes

  • Zena Intelligence is optional and can be enabled based on hiring needs.
  • If not configured, all candidates will proceed by default.
  • Automatic movement happens only after Zena completes the screening process.
