Step 2: Enable Careers Page

• Toggle Enable Careers Page → ON
• This makes the Careers Page publicly accessible
• All active jobs will now appear automatically.

• A Careers Page URL is auto-generateExample: https://<company>.hirin.ai/careers
• Use this link to:

• Share with candidates
• Add to LinkedIn job posts
• Redirect from your company website

Step 4: Upload Company Logo

• Upload your company logo
• The system automatically picks a primary brand colour
• This color is applied to:

• Apply buttons
• Highlights
• Call-to-action sections

• You can manually change the Primary Color if required
• Recommended to match brand guidelines

Step 6: Add About Company Text

• Add a short company description shown on the Careers Page hero section.
• Tip: Keep it short (2–3 lines), friendly, and candidate-focused.

• Click Preview (top-right)
• Review branding, content, and job listings
• Ensure logo, text, and jobs look correct before sharing.

Connect Careers Page to Your Company Website

Add your Careers Page link to your company website so visitors can view and apply for your jobs. Choose one of the options below. Most companies only need Option A.

Option A: Update Your Website’s Careers Link (Recommended)

• Who: You, if you can edit your website (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace). Otherwise, your web team.
• Time: About 5 minutes
• Open your website editor and find the Careers / Jobs link in the menu or footer
• Replace the link with https://<company>.hirin.ai/careers and save
• Click the link on your live website to confirm it opens your Careers Page

Option B: Redirect yourcompany.com/careers

• Who: You, using your website’s redirect setting or plugin (e.g. Redirection for WordPress). Otherwise, your web team.
• Time: 5–15 minutes
• Add a redirect from /careers to https://<company>.hirin.ai/careers
• Visit yourcompany.com/careers to confirm it opens your Careers Page

Option C: Redirect careers.yourcompany.com

• Who: Whoever manages your domain settings (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare)
• Time: 15–30 minutes, plus time for DNS changes to take effect
• Set the subdomain careers.yourcompany.com to forward to https://<company>.hirin.ai/careers
• Candidates will see the hirin.ai address once they land on the page
