Records Per Page Selection
You can now customize how many candidates are displayed per page, making it easier to review and manage large candidate lists with fewer page changes.
Available in:
- Job Detail → Candidate Listing
- Global Candidate Listing
Records per page options: 20 (default), 40, 60, 80, and 100.

Dynamic Workflow Stages
The Stage filter and the Stage column in the Candidate List are driven by each job’s own workflow. Instead of showing one fixed list of stages for every job, Hirin loads the stages configured for the job you are viewing.
Key Highlights
- Stages are loaded directly from the job workflow rather than from a fixed stage list.
- Only stages that are active in that workflow are displayed.
- Stages appear in the same order as they are configured in the workflow.
- Switching between jobs automatically refreshes both the Stage filter and the Stage column to match the newly selected job.

Good to Know
- If a stage is missing from the filter, check the job’s Workflow tab — the stage is either inactive or not part of that workflow.
