- We can search the candidates based on Job, email, name, source from top left corner.
Line of Business Filter:
- We can filter line of business and clients from search bar from same candidates’ page top right corner.
Candidate date filter:
- We have filters where clients can sort the data from selected period like today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month.
- Custom range option is added where clients can manually define a specific start and end date for filtering data, instead of choosing from predefined options.
Job position filter:
- Clients can select the job position and filter the candidate information.
Source filter:
- Filter based on source where candidate applied like Naukri, LinkedIn, Campus, Mailer etc
Candidate Owner:
- Filter candidates based on recruiter they belong to.
Current stage filter:
- Filter candidates based on exactly where they are in the hiring process.
Stages filter:
- The Stages Filter lets you filter candidates based on the recruitment stages defined in your hiring workflow.
Backed Out/Rejection Reason:
- Filter candidates based on the reason they got rejected in the hiring process.
