Add & Remove Collaborators

 Accessing Collaborators 

  • Open a job to view its details page, where you'll see sections like Insights, Candidates, Questions, Workflow, and Job Summary. 
  • Click Add Collaborators or Manage Collaborators near the job title.

Adding Collaborators 

When you click Add Collaborators, a list of users appears. You can search users by name or email, view their role (Admin or Recruiter), and click "+ Add" to include them. Selected users are marked as Added, and you can add several at once. Click Continue to save.

Manage or Remove Collaborators 

  • Click Manage Collaborators on the job details page. 
  • A window opens showing the current collaborators.

Selected users are your current collaborators; remove someone by deselecting them, then click Continue to save.
